A new qualitative study was accepted for publication in a premiere academic journal. It discussed as provided by the Paris Agreement, how the NDC is differentiated by country and what brings about the difference. In contrast to its practical importance and timeliness, this topic has been considerably under-investigated, which in turn highlights the academic contributions of the study.
